What we collect

When you contact us or book a session, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about your dog. Our newsletter signup collects your email address only.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and confirm bookings.
• To deliver the training services you request, including session notes and homework.
• To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

What we never do

We never sell your information, never share it with advertisers, and never use your dog's photos in marketing without your explicit permission.

Security & account safety

Form submissions are transmitted securely and stored in our protected business systems with limited staff access. If you correspond with us about account access — including password resets or two-factor authentication — we verify your identity before making any change.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time through our contact page. We reply within 30 days.
