Training approach

All Pawstride programs use reward-based, force-free methods. We do not use choke chains, prong collars, shock collars, or intimidation techniques, and we ask owners to follow the same standard between sessions.

Bookings & cancellations

Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are charged in full. Group class spots are held once your booking request is confirmed by our team.

Training guarantee

Every package includes a graduation test and follow-up support. If a stated goal isn't met, we schedule remedial sessions at no charge until it is, provided the homework plan was followed.

Health & safety

Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, including rabies where legally required. Dogs showing signs of contagious illness will be rescheduled. Owners remain responsible for their dog's behavior outside sessions.

Payments

Package fees are due before the second session. Single sessions and drop-in classes are paid at booking. In-home training carries a $25 per-visit travel fee.
